GLAS Status

The second reporting period for GLAS, which was scheduled for April 1-15, 2011, has been delayed. The delay moves the reporting period to April 25-May 9, 2011 for GLRI funding recipients to enter their information in GLAS. GLAS will remain in view-only mode until April 25, so recipients will not be able to enter data until then. This schedule change is needed to provide sufficient time to complete improvements to GLAS that will simplify reporting (see below).

Schedule

The normal reporting schedule will resume beginning in July 2011. The reporting cycles for April 2011-January 2012 are:

April 2011 Reporting Timeline
April 25-May 9: Recipients submit/update information in GLAS
May 9-May 24: EPA reviews reports
May 25: Reports published in GLAS

July 2011 Reporting Timeline
July 1-15: Recipients submit/update information in GLAS
July 16-30: EPA reviews reports
July 31: Reports published in GLAS

October 2011 Reporting Timeline
October 1-5: Recipients submit/update information in GLAS
October 16-30: EPA reviews reports

Recipients need to ensure that all those contributing to on-line reporting for GLAS have working GLAS accounts. Funding recipients can have as many accounts as needed - for those reporting and those reviewing the submissions.
